First-time users

Order flow

STEP 1 : Cart screen

Add products to the cart from the product page.
Please press the cart button on the top right of the page to check the products, and if you are satisfied, press the button to proceed to the next step.

STEP 2 : Enter customer information

Please enter the delivery address information for the product.

STEP 3 : Enter payment method

Payment is

Credit cards, AmazonPay, LINEPay, Merpay, PayPay, Pay Later (Payday) are available.
After completing the input, please press the button to check the input content and confirm the order.

*Credit cards (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB) are accepted.

*If you press the "back" button on your browser or "close the page" after pressing the button, the payment may not be processed correctly. Please refrain from going back or closing the page during payment.

STEP 4 : Order completed

Your order is now complete.
Please check your email as soon as you receive an order confirmation email.

How long will it take for the product to arrive after ordering?

Shipping fee is 600 yen for purchases under 15,000 yen.

Free shipping for purchases over 15,000 yen.

Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa is a flat rate of 2,500 yen.

Precautions for natural wood products

Since our products use natural wood materials, please understand the following characteristics of natural wood before placing an order.

1. The product uses natural wood, so the wood grain and color may vary slightly depending on the product. In addition, since it is a natural wood, there are some knots, holes, scratches, black spots, stains, warping, and cracks.

2.Natural wood may sometimes be repaired for scratches and conspicuous knots. Therefore, please understand that some repair marks may remain.

3. Wooden products may be slightly deformed due to repeated expansion and contraction due to conditions such as temperature and humidity of the place where they are installed.

4. In a room with high temperature and high humidity, mold is likely to grow, so please install it in a well-ventilated place or ventilate the room.

5.Wooden products may be deformed or discolored if exposed to high temperatures, direct sunlight, or wind from air conditioners for a long time.

6. Since it is a wooden product, the surface coating may crack over time due to the expansion and contraction of the wood.
